J'ai eu alors très envie d'en utiliser une partie : je n'étais pas certaine que l'effet all-over soit très portable aujourd'hui et je me suis fait la réflexion que, de toute manière, je n'aurai pas assez de toute une vie pour réaliser ça ! J'ai donc choisi de faire juste une petite fleur que j'ai utilisée sur une jupe. D'ailleurs, j'étais tellement pressée de fnir que je n'ai pas vraiment terminé : je n'ai pas fait le remplissage des feuilles au point de chaînette ! J'attends une nouvelle occasion pour faire les petits nuages et surtout ces deux montagnes faites d'une seule ligne continue.

Translation
I have seen a long time ago this coat who belongs to the Kyoto Costume Institut. This japonese museum put online a part of his collection, and so we can really admired the pieces in detail, and especially this one. We can also find him in the Fashion book where he is greatly documented.
I have really wished to use a part of this coat : I'm not sure that this can be really wearable today and anyway my life is to short for realizing something like that ! So I have chosen to do just a litlle flower that I put on a skirt. Anyway, I was so in a hurry that I have not already finished it : I haven't embrodered the inside of the leafs. I'm waiting for a new occasion to make the little clouds and, above all, the two mountains drawing in on uninterrupted line.
